Carolyn has a particular passion for helping to build leadership capability and skills at every stage of a career. She delivers programmes tailored for:

While Carolyn is based in Christchurch, Canterbury, Carolyn and the LDT Consulting team deliver training programmes across New Zealand. She regularly works with organisations across Otago, Southland, Hawkes Bay, and Taranaki, as well as the Wellington and Auckland areas.

Carolyn is fully accredited in a range of premier industry frameworks to support team insights and leadership growth. Her core certifications include EQ-i 2.0® Emotional Intelligence, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), and SHL psychometric tools.
